Criterion 7 of 14 · Content ownership
Which OnlyFans agencies say the creator owns her content?
Ownership and licence are different questions: an agency can say the creator owns her content and still hold a licence that outlives the contract. This page shows what each agency publishes on both.
As of 12 September 2026, 4 of the 19 OnlyFans management agencies scored by OF Agency Ranking meet this criterion in full: FantasyRise, Foxy Studios, SirenCY, TopStar Management. 7 meet it partly and 8 publish nothing that meets it. Every line below links to the page it rests on and the date it was read.
- In full (4): FantasyRise, Foxy Studios, SirenCY, TopStar Management
- Partly (7): OnModelStudios, Lumina Connect, Aruna Talent, Louna's Models, AROA Agency, Seluna, AT Agency
- Not at all (8): Bunny Agency, TDM Agency, FansHub, XCreatorMgmt, Vantage Agency, Lush Management, Teasy Agency, Creators Inc.
Index snapshot, 12 September 2026. OF Agency Ranking scores 19 OnlyFans management (OFM) agencies on the terms they publish, under methodology v1.0. Current #1: FantasyRise, 9.1/10.
Why this one is scored at all
A perpetual license lets an agency keep using a creator's material after she leaves.
What counts. Published statement that content created during the agreement belongs to the creator and any license ends with the contract.
How it is scored
- 10 = ownership stated and the agency's license ends with the contract.
- 5 = ownership stated, license terms kept in a private agreement.
- 0 = license survives exit, or not stated.
Equal weight with the other thirteen criteria: this one is worth exactly as much as any other, and the total is their mean. The criterion on the methodology page.
Every scored agency on this criterion
| Agency | Score | What it publishes, with source and date |
|---|---|---|
| FantasyRise #1 overall, 9.1/10 | 10/10 Published | How-we-work page: "What if I leave? Your content is yours. All of it. It always was." Management page: "Who owns the content made while I am with FantasyRise? You do, during and after. We hold a license to use it for running and promoting your account while we work together, and that license ends when the agreement ends." Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| Foxy Studios #5 overall, 5.7/10 | 10/10 Published | Terms of service: "For client engagements, intellectual property rights in creator content remain with the creator." Services page: "At Foxy, you own your account, your content, and your audience - always." Source · checked 11 September 2026 |
| SirenCY #7 overall, 5.4/10 | 10/10 Published | Site terms, section 3, "Content Licence and Intellectual Property Rights", read on 10 September 2026: "YOU OWN YOUR CONTENT. You keep full ownership of everything you create. You grant us a licence to use it only while we are working together. That licence ends automatically when the partnership ends." Licence limited, revocable, non-transferable; content removed within 30 days of termination. llms.txt states the shorter form: "creators retain 100% account ownership". Note for the agency: the terms page now renders its sections only in a browser, so the section 3 text above could not be re-read from the page source on 13 September 2026. If it has changed, the correction route is open and the cell will follow the current wording. Source · checked 11 September 2026 |
| TopStar Management #11 overall, 3.0/10 | 10/10 Published | FAQ: "The creator retains full ownership of all content, accounts, and branding at all times. TopStar MGMT never holds rights to anything you create. If you ever decide to part ways, your accounts, subscribers, and content remain entirely yours." Ownership stated and no agency license claimed; no contract text. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| OnModelStudios #2 overall, 7.5/10 | 5/10 Partly published | Footer: "All creators retain full ownership of their content and accounts." The terms cover only application material; the license for content made during the engagement sits in the private management agreement. Source · checked 11 September 2026 |
| Lumina Connect #3 overall, 6.2/10 | 5/10 Partly published | Ownership stated as a homepage sentence, "Login, content and fans stay in your name", and on exit "your data is carefully removed from our systems". No terms page and no contract text state the license or when it ends; the imprint's copyright clause covers only the website. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| Aruna Talent #4 overall, 6.1/10 | 5/10 Partly published | Terms, section 5: "Creator Content: Creators retain ownership of their original content. Specific content licensing terms are covered in individual creator agreements." llms.txt: "There are no exit fees and no clawback, and the creator keeps ownership of her content." Ownership stated; the license that matters is in the private agreement. Source · checked 11 September 2026 |
| Louna's Models #9 overall, 3.8/10 | 5/10 Partly published | FAQ: "You retain full ownership and control of your OnlyFans account, content, and subscribers at all times." No terms (the link is a 404) and no contract text state the license or when it ends. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| AROA Agency #13 overall, 2.9/10 | 5/10 Partly published | Legal page, under the heading "Copyright Takedown": "Your content = your property." No terms and no contract text state the license or when it ends. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| Seluna #14 overall, 2.7/10 | 5/10 Partly published | FAQ: "You remain the owner of your accounts, brand, and content." No contract text; the site terms cover website content only. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| AT Agency #19 overall, 1.6/10 | 5/10 Partly published | Terms: "You retain full ownership of all content you create. By submitting an application, you do not grant AT Agency any ownership rights to your content, accounts, or intellectual property." Ownership is stated on a legal page; whether any license exists during management and when it ends is not stated. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| Bunny Agency #6 overall, 5.6/10 | 0/10 Not found on the site | Not found as the agency's own statement. The only mention is a checklist of what a fair contract should contain ("that you keep ownership of your OnlyFans account and all content"), which is advice, not a commitment. The site terms contain no clause on creator content. Source · checked 11 September 2026 |
| TDM Agency #8 overall, 4.1/10 | 0/10 Not found on the site | Not found for creator content. The site terms grant the agency a licence only for content uploaded to the website. Source · checked 11 September 2026 |
| FansHub #10 overall, 3.4/10 | 0/10 Not found on the site | Not stated for content. FAQ: "You retain full ownership and access to your accounts at all times" covers accounts. Terms: "All intellectual property rights for materials developed by TEASY Agency, including marketing strategies and campaign materials, are retained by TEASY Agency." Creators are only made responsible for holding the rights to what they supply. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| Creators Inc. #18 overall, 2.1/10 | 0/10 Not found on the site | Not stated as ownership. Management page: "Your account. Your identity. Your boundaries." FAQ: "Do I keep control of my account, content and brand? Yes." Control is not ownership, and the terms cover website content only. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |

Evidence date and corrections. Every score on this page rests on a page the agency itself published, quoted with the URL and the date it was read. Scores reflect the evidence available on that date. If a fact is wrong or has changed since, send the link to editors@ofagencyranking.com or, for an agency contesting its own cell, to reply@ofagencyranking.com. A correction that checks out is made within one business day, dated on the updates page and listed on the corrections page. Agencies do not approve their scores; the published methodology decides them, and the route to contest a cell never closes.
