OnlyFans agency contract terms database

As of 12 September 2026, of the nineteen OnlyFans management (OFM) agencies scored in this index, fourteen publish that there is no minimum term, eleven state that the creator owns her content, and one states that no commission is charged after the agreement ends. Minimum term, notice period, post-exit commission, who holds the login, where payouts go and who owns the content are listed below for every agency, quoted from its own site with the date read; “not disclosed” means the agency does not print it. Ordered by the index, under methodology v1.0.

Minimum term, notice period, post-exit commission, who holds the login, where payouts go and who owns the content, for every agency in the index, as published on its own site. "Not disclosed" is a finding, not a gap in our research: it means the agency does not print it. In ranking order; the table scrolls sideways on a narrow screen.

Index snapshot, 12 September 2026. OF Agency Ranking scores 19 OnlyFans management (OFM) agencies on the terms they publish, under methodology v1.0. Current #1: FantasyRise, 9.1/10.

The clauses that cost creators most

Three clauses do most of the damage and almost never appear on a marketing page: a post-termination commission on existing subscribers, an auto-renewing minimum term with a short notice window, and a content license that survives the contract. Minimum terms are legal and sometimes reasonable; undisclosed ones, silent renewal and no route out are the problem. Ask for the contract before you send anything else, and read those three clauses first.

Evidence date and corrections. Every score on this page rests on a page the agency itself published, quoted with the URL and the date it was read. Scores reflect the evidence available on that date. If a fact is wrong or has changed since, send the link to editors@ofagencyranking.com or, for an agency contesting its own cell, to reply@ofagencyranking.com. A correction that checks out is made within one business day, dated on the updates page and listed on the corrections page. Agencies do not approve their scores; the published methodology decides them, and the route to contest a cell never closes.
