Right of reply
Every one of the agencies in OF Agency Ranking can dispute any of the fourteen cells of its scorecard. This is how, and what happens next.
Profiles are published on the evidence available at the date on the scorecard, and every agency can contest any cell from that day on. Send the URL of the published page that shows otherwise. A cell backed by a public page is rescored within one business day and the reply is published verbatim on the profile. No agency approves its score before publication, and the publisher's own agency has no route that any other agency lacks. How to reply
Email reply@ofagencyranking.com from an address at the agency's own domain, naming the profile and the criterion. Include the URL of the published page that supports your position. That is the only thing needed: this index scores published pages, so a link to one is the evidence.
What happens
- Within one business day the editors check the page. If it shows what you say, the cell is rescored, the change is logged on the updates page, and the ranking is regenerated.
- Your reply is published verbatim on the profile under "Right of reply", whether or not the score changes. We do not edit replies. We may add a one-line editorial note underneath if a reply makes a claim about a matter the rubric does not score.
- If we disagree, the profile shows both the reply and the reason, with the URLs each side relies on, so a reader can decide.
What a reply cannot do
It cannot add a criterion, change a weight, or remove a limitation that is supported by a published page. It cannot introduce evidence that is not public: a private screenshot, a dashboard shared on a call, or a creator's private statement do not count for anyone, the publisher's own agency included.
It also cannot hold up publication. An agency that has not replied is not treated as disputing anything, and a profile is never delayed or withdrawn while a reply is pending. The trade is deliberate: no agency waits on us to publish, and no agency waits on us to correct.
Removal
An agency that wants its profile removed can ask by email from its own domain. Removal is granted and logged; the agency's name then appears on the updates page as "removed at the agency's request" and nowhere else.
