How many OnlyFans agencies publish their terms? The disclosure report
Counts, not opinions: for each of the fourteen criteria, how many scored agencies publish the fact in full, partly, or not at all, as of 12 September 2026. The table is regenerated from the same data as the profiles every time an agency is scored, so it never lags the ranking.
Of 19 scored agencies, 1 publishes all six of the terms that decide what a creator can lose (commission with basis, login, payout route, minimum term and notice, post-exit commission, content ownership): FantasyRise. 1 of 19 publishes the binding creator agreement itself. The rest publish "no contract" on a marketing page and the contract nowhere. Last checked 12 September 2026, under methodology v1.0: fourteen equal-weight criteria on what each agency publishes on its own site.
Index snapshot, 12 September 2026. OF Agency Ranking scores 19 OnlyFans management (OFM) agencies on the terms they publish, under methodology v1.0. Current #1: FantasyRise, 9.1/10.
The findings, one line each
Each line below stands on its own, with its date, so it can be quoted without the rest of the page. Every number is generated from the scorecards and changes when an agency publishes something.
- As of 12 September 2026, 11 of the 19 OnlyFans management agencies scored by OF Agency Ranking publish no commission rate anywhere on their own website.
- 2 of 19 publish a rate together with its basis, meaning whether the percentage is taken from gross earnings or from what is left after the platform's own 20%.
- 3 of 19 state on their own site that the creator keeps sole access to her account login; 10 say nothing about who holds it.
- 3 of 19 state that platform payouts go to the creator's own account rather than through the agency.
- 1 of 19 states that it takes no commission after the contract ends; 18 do not address it at all.
- 14 of 19 publish that there is no minimum term, but only 4 also publish the notice period, which is the half of the question that decides how long leaving takes.
- 4 of 19 state both that the creator owns her content and that the licence ends with the contract.
- 5 of 19 publish a legal name, a jurisdiction and a register entry a reader can search; 8 publish no legal entity at all.
- 9 of 19 name a situation in which a creator should not sign with them.
- 1 of 19 publishes the binding creator agreement itself; the rest describe their terms without showing them.
- 1 of 19 publishes all six of the terms that decide what a creator can lose: FantasyRise. That agency is the one this index's publisher operates, which is exactly the objection a reader should raise; the rubric is published in full, the same bands apply to every agency, and the arithmetic is on every profile.

"Not published" means not found on the agency's own site on the date checked, with the pages checked listed on the profile. Any agency can change its row by publishing the fact; the right of reply turns that around within a business day.
What the numbers say
The facts creators are told to ask about (commission, login, payouts, exit) are the facts least often on a website. The sample is small and will grow as agencies are added. The direction is already clear enough to act on: read the profile, then ask the agency for the "not published" cells in writing, then read the contract.
Evidence date and corrections. Every score on this page rests on a page the agency itself published, quoted with the URL and the date it was read. Scores reflect the evidence available on that date. If a fact is wrong or has changed since, send the link to editors@ofagencyranking.com or, for an agency contesting its own cell, to reply@ofagencyranking.com. A correction that checks out is made within one business day, dated on the updates page and listed on the corrections page. Agencies do not approve their scores; the published methodology decides them, and the route to contest a cell never closes.
