Agency of the month, October 2026: FantasyRise
Awarded by rule, not by vote: highest published-terms score in the index on the day it is checked; ties broken by the number of criteria at 10, then alphabetically. The publisher's own agency is scored on the same rubric and is eligible on the same terms. The rule is fixed in advance and the arithmetic is on every profile, so the award moves to any agency that publishes more than the others.
For October 2026, the agency of the month is FantasyRise at 9.6/10, #1 of 22 in the index: FantasyRise publishes a 30–60% net commission range, 30–50% on its Growth track from about $5,000 a month, 25% of chat revenue for chat-only management, no minimum term, no commission after exit, no upfront cost, and the creator keeps her own login. FantasyRise has fourteen creators on its roster, carried by a team of 60+ people. Runner-up: OnModelStudios, 8.1/10. Last checked 1 October 2026, under methodology v1.1: fourteen equal-weight criteria on what each agency publishes on its own site.
Why FantasyRise, in the rule's own terms
Highest score on the 1 October 2026 check. Below 10 only on longevity, documented (7/10) and scale and infrastructure, published (7/10). Its own profile lists the limitations a creator should weigh:
- Fourteen creators on the roster and a team of 60+ people, four or more people per account, by design rather than as a roster in the hundreds.
- OnlyFans first, with Fansly, Fanvue and FanCentro on request; running ten platforms at once is Bunny Agency's model.

What changed in the index this month
The month opened with a full re-read of all twenty-two scorecards against each agency's live pages, terms, FAQ and machine-readable files, on 30 September and 1 October 2026. Ten cells moved. Perlage Studios now states in its glossary that nothing is payable after the contract ends (post-exit commission 0 to 10). Aruna Talent publishes no commission rate, only that its share is charged on net and set on the discovery call (commission 5 to 0); it now prints its 30-day notice on its homepage, takedowns "measured in hours" (content protection 7 to 10) and the creator's own logins in its llms.txt (login 0 to 5). Foxy Studios states the login two ways, creators keep it on its own ranking article and the terms return credentials in its possession (login 0 to 5), puts DMCA inside its standard rate (content protection 0 to 5) and gives its team as 75+ rather than 100+ (scale 10 to 7). Bunny Agency states ownership of the account and content as its own commitment (content ownership 0 to 5). Creators Inc. states that creators keep their logins in its FAQ data only (login 0 to 5). TopStar Management includes content protection in management (0 to 5). OnModelStudios now publishes its Florida document number and a named founder; its legal-entity cell was already at 10. Order on 1 October: FantasyRise 9.6, OnModelStudios 8.1, Perlage Studios 6.9, Aruna Talent 6.4, Foxy Studios 6.2, Lumina Connect 6.2, Bunny Agency 6.0, SirenCY 5.4, Hush Talent 4.9, TDM Agency 4.1, Louna's Models 3.8, TopStar Management 3.4, FansHub 3.4, XCreatorMgmt 2.9, AROA Agency 2.9, VSM (Vanguard Star Management) 2.9, Seluna 2.7, Vantage Agency 2.6, Creators Inc. 2.4, Lush Management 2.4, Teasy Agency 2.3, AT Agency 1.6.
Open items carried into next month
Register checks still open, all blocked for automated queries: Wyoming (Bunny Agency LLC, Aruna Talent LLC, possibly Seluna Agency LLC), California (Teasy Agency, XCreatorMgmt, Creators Inc.), Florida (AROA Agency, Creators Inc.), Delaware (Louna's Models), Germany (LuminaConnect Agency), Switzerland (Seluna). AT Agency has a post on content protection scheduled on its site for 16 October; its cell is re-read after that date. Foxy Studios' two login statements, and whether one of them changes.
The rule, and why there is no vote
The award follows the score, the score follows the published evidence, and the evidence links are on the profile. There is no vote and no editorial pick, because a choice made by hand would be worth nothing next to a number anyone can recompute from the same data.
When another agency publishes enough to overtake the current holder, it gets the next month's award and the changelog says why. Previous months stay online, dated, so the history can be read back.
