How to leave an OnlyFans agency

Secure first, notify second. Before you send anything, read the termination clause, confirm you control the login, the account email, two-factor and the payout bank account, and download your content archive. Then give written notice in the form the contract requires, request the handover items by name, and keep every message. The letter below does that in one page. Before you give notice

Read the exit. Term, notice period, renewal window, termination fees, post-exit commission. If there is a renewal window, calculate the last day to give notice and do not miss it.
Check who controls what. Sign in yourself. Check the payout bank account is yours. Check the account email is yours. If the agency holds any of it, this is the moment to change it while the relationship is still civil, and to enable two-factor on your own device.
Archive. Download your content, your subscriber statistics and your earnings statements. Screenshot the current payout settings with the date visible.
List the accounts the agency set up. Social accounts, email addresses, tools. Any of them registered in the agency's name is a handover item.
Get the money in transit in writing. If payouts pass through the agency, ask for a statement of what is owed and when it will be paid.

Giving notice

Use the form the contract specifies (email to a named address, or registered post). Send it from the email address on the agreement. State the termination date you are relying on, quote the clause, and ask for confirmation. Do not argue, do not explain, do not threaten. The letter is a record, not a conversation.

Notice letter template

Replace the bracketed parts. Send by email and, if the contract requires it, by post. Keep the sent copy.

Subject: Notice of termination, [Agency name] management agreement To: [Agency legal name], [address from the agreement] From: [Your name as on the agreement], [email on the agreement] Date: [today] I am giving notice to terminate the management agreement between us dated [date of agreement], under clause [number] of that agreement. The notice period under clause [number] is [30] days. The agreement therefore ends on [date]. If you consider a different date applies, please tell me which clause you rely on. Please confirm receipt of this notice by email within three business days. By the termination date, please: 1. Remove all agency access to my OnlyFans account and any other platform account, and confirm in writing that no agency staff retain credentials, sessions or recovery access. 2. Transfer to me, or delete on my written instruction, every account, email address or tool set up on my behalf: [list]. 3. Provide a final statement of all earnings received, the platform fee, the agency commission and the amounts paid to me, for the period [start] to [end], and pay any balance owed to me by [date]. 4. If the agreement contains any commission after termination, provide the clause, the rate, the period and the list of subscribers or revenue it applies to. 5. Confirm in writing that the agency holds no license to my content beyond the termination date and will not use it after that date. 6. Confirm the date on which all content, data and files you hold will be deleted, and that no copies remain. I will continue to fulfill my obligations under the agreement until the termination date. At handover

Change every password the agency ever had, in this order: account email, OnlyFans, two-factor device, social accounts, tools.
Check the payout details again after the last agency session.
Get the final statement and compare it with your own platform statements. Disputes are usually about the last month.
If a post-exit commission applies, pay only what the clause says, on the base it says, for the period it says, and only against invoices that show the calculation.

If the agency will not let go

If access is not removed, or the payout details are changed, use the platform's account recovery with your own ID, and put the facts in writing to the agency with dates. Keep the tone flat; a record of calm, dated messages is what a lawyer or a platform support team acts on. An agency that holds an account against its owner's written instruction has moved from a contract dispute to something else, and the written record is what makes that visible.

What the agencies publish about leaving

The contract terms database records the published exit terms of every agency in the index. As of 12 September 2026: FantasyRise, Aruna Talent, Foxy Studios and FansHub publish no minimum term and a notice period of 30 days or less; OnModelStudios, Lumina Connect, Bunny Agency, SirenCY, TDM Agency, Louna's Models, TopStar Management, XCreatorMgmt, AROA Agency and Seluna publish no minimum term or "cancel anytime" without a notice period; Vantage Agency, Lush Management, Teasy Agency, Creators Inc. and AT Agency publish nothing on the term. Only FantasyRise publishes that no commission is owed after exit. The contract you signed is what applies.

Can I leave an OnlyFans agency before the minimum term ends?

Only on the terms the contract allows: a termination clause, a breach by the agency, or an agreed early exit. Read the clause first; many contracts allow termination for the agency's breach with a shorter notice. Get any early-exit agreement in writing before you stop cooperating.

Do I owe the agency money after I leave?

Only what the contract says: commission on revenue earned up to the termination date, and any post-exit commission clause you signed. Ask for the calculation in writing and pay against it, not against a round number.

What if the agency holds my login?

Change it before notice if you can. If you cannot, give notice anyway, request removal of access in the letter, and be ready to use platform account recovery with your ID. See the login guide.
