Full management vs chat-only

OF Agency Ranking editorial teamPublished 11 September 2026Last checked 12 September 20263 min readIndex: 19 agencies scored, updated 12 September 2026, rankingSource context: methodology · editorial policy · disclosure

A chat-only agency runs your inbox and sells pay-per-view content; you keep marketing, content planning and the numbers. Full management adds marketing, pricing strategy, content planning, reporting and usually leak protection. The published low end for chat-only in this index is 25% of net (OnModelStudios); full management runs 30% to 60% of net. Chat-only fits an account that converts but cannot cover the inbox; full management fits one that needs reach as well as coverage. There is no ranking of chat agencies on this site because there is nothing to rank: one of the nineteen scored agencies publishes a chat-only price at all (OnModelStudios), so a "best agency for chatting" list would be one entry and eighteen guesses. Last checked 12 September 2026, under methodology v1.0: fourteen equal-weight criteria on what each agency publishes on its own site.

When chat-only is enough

The account already gets subscribers, fans message, and the money is lost overnight because nobody answers. That is the inbox problem, and it is the one chat-only solves. The creator keeps her own marketing, which is fine if she is good at it and has the hours. The break-even at 25% of net is 33% growth, which an unanswered inbox often clears on its own.

When full management earns its share

Reach is the limit: the account converts but too few new people find it. Marketing across two or three platforms every day is a job; Bunny Agency publishes exactly that cadence as its standard, and FantasyRise and OnModelStudios publish marketing inside their scope. Full management also earns its share when the creator wants one contact for everything and a report she can read. At 40% to 50% of net the break-even is 67% to 100% growth, so the reach gain has to be real.

The middle: chat-only now, full later

Agencies that publish a chat-only tier let a creator start small and move up. OnModelStudios publishes both tiers with rates; ask any other agency whether a chat-only arrangement exists and what moving between tiers changes in the contract. The terms that matter (login, payouts, exit) should be identical in both.

Who publishes a chat-only price

Most agencies in this index run the inbox. Almost none price it separately. Of the nineteen scored agencies, one publishes a rate for chat alone: OnModelStudios, at 25% of net for the chat-only tier against roughly 50% for full management. Every other agency either quotes one rate for whatever scope is agreed, or quotes nothing until the call.

That is why this site has no "best OnlyFans agency for chatting" ranking. A ranking needs a published fact to order agencies by, and on chat pricing there is one. What you can compare instead is what each agency says its commission covers, which is on the scope criterion page, and what it charges overall, in the commission database. If an agency tells you on a call that chat-only is cheaper, ask for the number in writing before you compare it with anything.

The same six questions apply

Chat-only agencies sit in your inbox with your fans. Who holds the login, whether payouts go direct, the minimum term, the notice period, what happens after exit and who owns the content matter exactly as much as with full management. The question sheet does not get shorter because the service does.

How much do chat-only OnlyFans agencies charge?

The published starting point in this index is 25% of net (OnModelStudios); flat monthly fees exist elsewhere. Chat-only should never cost more than the low end of full management, because it covers less.

Can I hire chatters myself instead?

Yes, and it is cheaper per hour and more work per week: recruiting, training, boundaries, scheduling, checking. At a few thousand a month one trusted chatter is often right; above that, managing people becomes the job an agency is paid for.
