Foxy Studios (#5, 5.7/10, Switzerland): Publishes the most terms of any agency in the index: a 55/45 split in the creator's favor on net, month-to-month with 30 days' notice, no upfront fees, creator-owned content, five stated reasons not to sign. Does not publish who holds the login, and its own pages say the agency handles payout processing. Hush Talent (#8, 4.9/10, United States): A California-incorporated agency that publishes its rate on a pricing page, 20% of gross managed revenue for full management and 15% of brand-deal value, with nothing upfront and a 90-day initial term that then runs month to month on 30 days' notice. Payouts, post-exit commission and content protection are not published, and the homepage also says exact rates are finalized on the strategy call.

Foxy Studios: An established creator with an audience who wants the rate and the exit in writing before the first call and accepts the agency handling payouts. Not for a beginner (the agency says so), nor for a creator who wants to keep sole control of her login.
Hush Talent: A creator who wants a published flat rate on gross revenue and accepts a 90-day first term, including creators below $5,000 a month, since no minimum income applies. Not for a creator who wants to leave at any time from day one, or who needs the payout route and any post-exit commission in writing before a call.
