Lush Management publishes one of the eight facts a creator can check before signing, and leaves six unpublished. One of them is published only in part: login control. It names no legal entity anywhere on its own site, so there is nothing to look up. The oldest public record this index could find is Domain registered 26 October 2022 (RDAP, Nominet); oldest archive capture 30 November 2023 (Wayback). This page does not call any agency legitimate or fraudulent, and it is not a fraud report. A gap between the two is not evidence of dishonesty. A domain registration date is a floor, not a ceiling: a business can predate every public artifact it owns. It is shown because a creator asking "how long have you been doing this" deserves both numbers.
Claims that cannot be checked
- "Over three years ago" (About) against "nearly three years of industry experience" (homepage).
- Success stories are unfilled template placeholders; counters read 0; "Show Case Study" buttons lead nowhere.
- "Transparency, trust, and professionalism" beside no privacy policy, no terms and no imprint.
- "Our strategy works for 99% of individuals" and "results are inevitable" beside the FAQ's "outcomes and timetable may fluctuate".

Right of reply and corrections
