Is FantasyRise legit? What can be verified, and what cannot
FantasyRise publishes seven of the eight facts a creator can check before signing, and leaves none of them unpublished. One of them is published only in part: how long it has existed. It names a legal entity that can be looked up on a public register. The oldest public record this index could find is Third-party portfolio entry dated October 2023 (Fiverr seller Massivework, "Fantasy Rise - OnlyFans Agency"); FantasyRise LLC formed in Wyoming on 6 February 2024 (register); the earlier site on fantasy-rise.com archived 20 April 2024. fantasyrise.com itself was registered on 9 September 2026 after unrelated earlier use. This page does not call any agency legitimate or fraudulent, and it is not a fraud report. It puts what is on the record next to what is missing, with the source and the date each was read, so you can repeat every check yourself. Scored under methodology v1.0, fourteen equal-weight criteria on what each agency publishes on its own site.
Index snapshot, 12 September 2026. OF Agency Ranking scores 19 OnlyFans management (OFM) agencies on the terms they publish, under methodology v1.0. Current #1: FantasyRise, 9.1/10.
The eight checks, with the evidence
| What a creator can check | Status | Evidence, with source and date |
|---|---|---|
| A company you can look up on a register | Published | Legitimacy page: "FantasyRise LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, filing ID 2024-001405482, formed on February 6, 2024, status active and in good standing, registered agent Registered Agents Inc, 30 N Gould St", with the Jacksonville working address stated separately and a link to the state record (wyobiz.wyo.gov). The register was read on 11 September 2026 and matches. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| How long it can be shown to have existed | Partly published | Own statement: managing creators since November 2021, in a structure that predates the LLC and is not on a public register. Oldest public evidence: a FantasyRise explainer video published on 20 September 2023 on the YouTube channel Michael Dubilet, the video still embedded on fantasyrise.com; then a dated third-party portfolio entry, "Fantasy Rise - OnlyFans Agency", from October 2023 (Fiverr seller Massivework), the Wyoming LLC formed 6 February 2024, and the earlier site on fantasy-rise.com archived 20 April 2024. Two years and eleven months documented on 12 September 2026, one month short of the three-year band; moves to 7 on the October 2026 update if nothing changes. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| What it charges, published before you apply | Published | How-we-work page: "Commission is 30% to 60% of net, with the upper end applying when we front startup costs." Net is defined on the site as after the platform's 20% fee; the range is repeated in the site-wide banner and in llms.txt. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| How you get out, and how fast | Published | How-we-work page: "No minimum term, no notice period, and no commission on anything you earn after the agreement ends." Homepage: "0 days notice to leave. End it any time, effective immediately, no minimum term". llms.txt: "No minimum term, no notice period. A creator can leave any time, effective immediately. No automatic renewal." Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| Whether commission continues after you leave | Published | How-we-work page: "no commission on anything you earn after the agreement ends". Best-agencies page: "no commission continues after the agreement ends". llms.txt: "No tail, no residual, no post-termination percentage." Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| Who holds the account login | Published | Legitimacy page: "Creators keep sole access to their own account throughout and afterward", with payouts stated as going directly to the creator's own bank account in the same sentence. Management page, terms table, row "Who holds the login": "You, during and after. We never ask for your password." Same answer in llms.txt: "The creator, at all times." Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| Where the platform pays | Published | Homepage FAQ: "From the platform straight to your own bank account. They never pass through us." Repeated on the how-we-work and legitimacy pages. Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
| Who owns the content afterwards | Published | How-we-work page: "What if I leave? Your content is yours. All of it. It always was." Management page: "Who owns the content made while I am with FantasyRise? You do, during and after. We hold a license to use it for running and promoting your account while we work together, and that license ends when the agreement ends." Source · checked 12 September 2026 |
Status comes from the same scoring bands as the rest of the index, published on the methodology page. The full fourteen-criterion scorecard is on the FantasyRise profile, where FantasyRise scores 9.1/10 and ranks #1 of 19.

Not published does not mean the term does not exist. It means a creator cannot read it before the sales call, and has to ask. Every question on this list is one worth asking: the full list of questions to ask.
Stated age against the public record
| Founding, as stated by the agency | Managing creators since November 2021 (own statement) |
|---|---|
| Oldest public record found | Third-party portfolio entry dated October 2023 (Fiverr seller Massivework, "Fantasy Rise - OnlyFans Agency"); FantasyRise LLC formed in Wyoming on 6 February 2024 (register); the earlier site on fantasy-rise.com archived 20 April 2024. fantasyrise.com itself was registered on 9 September 2026 after unrelated earlier use. |
A gap between the two is not evidence of dishonesty. A domain registration date is a floor, not a ceiling: a business can predate every public artifact it owns. It is shown because a creator asking "how long have you been doing this" deserves both numbers.
Claims that cannot be checked
- One creator has worked with FantasyRise since 2021 with no leaked content of hers found online across that period. This is the agency's own statement. It cannot be verified without exposing the creator, so it is shown here and not scored.
- Until 12 September 2026 the site stated a Florida registration; the register shows a Wyoming LLC with its office in Florida, and the site was corrected the same day this index checked it. Shown because the index applies the same check to its publisher.
Statements the agency makes that have no public evidence route, or none that does not expose a creator. They are shown so you can ask about them.
What others say
- Desirely: 6 of 6 facts verified, listed first of the 243 agencies with a profile (checked 14 September 2026). Desirely checks whether an agency's own site publishes a live website, an identifiable legal entity, legal pages, a commission figure, named platforms and more than one language; its own directory reports that 5% of the agencies it lists state a commission and 18% publish a legal entity. The listing was unsolicited. Source
- OFAgencies: 9.5/10, ranked #3 of 59 (checked 10 September 2026). OFAgencies is a project of the team behind OnModelStudios, which it ranks #1; the FantasyRise listing was unsolicited. Source
Run the checks yourself
None of this needs us. Every source above is linked, and the method is published: how to verify an OnlyFans agency in about twenty minutes, and what actually counts as a red flag.
Publisher relationship
FantasyRise is operated by FantasyRise LLC, which also publishes this ranking. This relationship is disclosed so that readers can evaluate the ranking in context. The scoring criteria are published in full and applied identically to every agency, every cell on this page links to the source it rests on with the date it was read, and the correction policy applies here as it does everywhere else.
Right of reply and corrections
If FantasyRise publishes a term that this page records as missing, or if anything here is out of date, send the page and we correct it and log the change. The route is the right of reply, and replies are published verbatim.
Evidence date and corrections. Every score on this page rests on a page the agency itself published, quoted with the URL and the date it was read. Scores reflect the evidence available on that date. If a fact is wrong or has changed since, send the link to editors@ofagencyranking.com or, for an agency contesting its own cell, to reply@ofagencyranking.com. A correction that checks out is made within one business day, dated on the updates page and listed on the corrections page. Agencies do not approve their scores; the published methodology decides them, and the route to contest a cell never closes.
